Become a key player in our Boston, Massachusetts warehouse operations as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for motivated individuals to assist with a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders for outbound shipment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all Safety procedures and company policies.
- Wear all required PPE consistently and correctly.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Must be able to handle tasks requiring physical exertion and regular Lifting.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting and standing for long periods.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to follow directions accurately.
