Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure quality before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Verify order accuracy against shipping documents.
- Operate scanning equipment and update inventory systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to Safety guidelines.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, contributing to overall logistics flow.
- Follow all company policies, including proper use of PPE.
- This role may involve frequent Lifting of packages.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow Safety procedures.
- Ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and move throughout the warehouse.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
