Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our distribution center, supporting all aspects of our logistics chain. As a Warehouse Associate, you will handle a variety of tasks including receiving inbound shipments, accurately picking items for customer orders, and preparing them for dispatch. Maintaining an organized and clean workspace is a key part of this role, ensuring operational efficiency and Safety for everyone. You will be expected to follow all company procedures and contribute to a positive team environment. Frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds will be required. Understanding and utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in the fast-paced world of warehouse logistics. Responsibilities:
  • Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences.
  • Assemble orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves.
  • Load and unload shipments.
  • Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and orderly.
  • Follow all Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts.
  • Support overall logistics functions.
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns.
