Our San Diego, California facility is looking for a hardworking Warehouse Worker to contribute to our daily operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks essential to the smooth running of our distribution center, including order picking, packing, stocking, and general warehouse maintenance. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to **safety**. We are dedicated to fostering a secure work environment and provide all necessary **PPE**. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using scanning technology.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Receive and inspect inventory, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Stock shelves and maintain an organized inventory system.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including aisles and common areas.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies, procedures, and **PPE** requirements.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory counts and other **logistics** support tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and **lifting** up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and **logistics**.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and willingness to use **PPE**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
