Are you a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator looking for an exciting opportunity in San Jose, California? We are hiring experienced operators to manage the movement of materials within our state-of-the-art logistics facility. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stack materials. This role requires precision, a strong understanding of warehouse operations, and an unwavering commitment to safety. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Responsibilities include performing pre-operation checks on forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition, safely maneuvering forklifts in tight spaces, and maintaining accurate records of material movement. Adherence to all company safety policies and the mandatory use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is critical. This position involves significant lifting and moving of various goods, often requiring substantial physical exertion. Experience with different types of forklifts, including reach trucks and pallet jacks, is highly desirable.
