You will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within our facility. Key duties include transporting inventory to and from designated storage areas, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring the secure handling of all goods. A strong commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment is essential for upholding optimal safety standards. Compliance with all company safety protocols and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE are non-negotiable. This position requires a skilled operator with excellent spatial awareness and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. While your primary focus is forklift operation, this role may involve occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds when assisting with other warehouse tasks. Forklift operator certification is required.
