Your responsibilities will include verifying order details, preparing shipping labels, packaging items securely, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining accurate shipping records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent attention to detail, and has a strong understanding of shipping processes and documentation. You will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. A commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all shipping regulations is essential. We provide comprehensive training on our shipping software and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Verify orders for accuracy before shipping.
- Generate and apply shipping labels correctly.
- Package products securely for transit.
- Schedule pickups with shipping carriers.
- Maintain accurate shipping logs and documentation.
- Track shipments and resolve any shipping-related issues.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE .
- Ability to perform some Lifting of packages up to 40 lbs.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and carriers.
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient shipping department workflow.
