Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately stock products in their designated locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Stage orders for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe at all times.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Participate in inventory control processes, including cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations.
- Wear and use all required PPE diligently.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of our logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Willingness to consistently use required PPE .
- Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of logistics operations is beneficial.
