Your primary duties will involve picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining meticulous inventory records, and contributing to the overall smooth functioning of our logistics operations. Safety is paramount in our warehouse, and you'll be expected to strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and utilize the required PPE. You'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service through timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Label and stage packages for outgoing delivery.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory, verifying quantities and condition.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety protocols.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
