We are hiring Picker/Packers for our busy warehouse in Provo, Utah! This role is central to our logistics operations, focusing on the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. You will be responsible for retrieving items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and ensuring all orders are processed correctly. We are dedicated to providing a safe and healthy work environment, offering comprehensive training on Safety procedures and mandating the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse shelves and storage areas.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, using appropriate packing materials.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipping.
- Label packages correctly for transit.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming goods when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Wear and use required PPE as instructed.
- Operate manual or powered equipment as trained.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets in our logistics facility.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and occasional Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Commitment to following all Safety protocols.
- Willingness to wear and use required PPE.
