Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable Picker/Packers to join our busy logistics facility in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse inventory and preparing them for shipment to our customers. Your attention to detail and efficiency are crucial for ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction. We maintain a strong focus on workplace Safety and provide comprehensive training, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order sheets or RF scanner data.
  • Pack items securely into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
  • Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
  • Label packages correctly for shipment.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all Safety guidelines.
  • Wear and use all required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
  • Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as trained.
  • Contribute to team efforts to meet daily picking and packing quotas in our logistics operation.
  • Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving frequent standing, walking, and moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Commitment to following Safety procedures.
  • Willingness to wear and use required PPE.
