Join our dynamic team as a Picker/Packer in Phoenix, Arizona, and play a vital role in our e-commerce logistics operations. We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick products for customer orders and prepare them for shipment. This role is fundamental to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, so a strong work ethic and commitment to efficiency are key.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets using RF scanners.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure they match order specifications.
- Pack picked items securely into appropriate shipping boxes, using correct packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to overall warehouse tidiness and safety.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as cycle counts when needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse/logistics role is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Comfortable with physical demands, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
