Join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Houston, Texas, as a Fulfillment Associate! This dynamic role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking products from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and committed to efficiency and quality. This position requires physical activity, including frequent Lifting and movement throughout the warehouse. You will work within a team environment, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations. Strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy are paramount. We value individuals who are reliable, proactive, and dedicated to meeting daily targets. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the e-commerce and logistics sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation and surrounding area.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or picking/packing role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse processes and Logistics in a fulfillment environment.
- Must wear required PPE , such as safety vests and gloves.
- Commitment to adhering to all company Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
