We're seeking a Customer Service professional to fill our Remote Customer Service role. This full-time/Part time position offers flexibility and is entirely remote, with scheduled interviews available this week.
Our ideal candidate is highly skilled in customer relations, able to build strong relationships and prioritize customer satisfaction. Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not required.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, be an active listener who can understand customer needs, and have good problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working remotely and independently, they will also be willing to learn new skills.
