The
Packaging Design Technician
is a full-time role supporting the development of packaging designs, materials, and processes while contributing to the investigation and analysis of packaging operations.
This position reports to Joshua Beck and is part of the packaging team within the Product Engineering Department. It is located in Logan Utah, USA and will be an on-site role.
What you will do: Perform packaging performance tests such as fit, drop, vibration, and environmental conditioning, and document results to support validation efforts. Assist in validating packaging materials and specifications. Provide feedback on the development and optimization of standard operating procedures. Assist project teams in collecting and analyzing data for various on-going studies. Contribute to the investigation and analysis of existing packaging operations, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Who you are: Experience working in a cGMP environment 3+ years of experience working in manufacturing, sourcing or other bioprocessing roles Experience using document management systems or related software platforms (e.g., PLM, ERP) a plus
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to safely work in a production environment around automated and semi-automated equipment. Comfortable working in a lab environment with chemical and biological materials. Capability to lift and handle up to 30 pounds as needed for materials or packaging samples. Must be able to wear PPE

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
