We are seeking a *dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist* to join our growing rehabilitation team on a *Full-time* *basis*. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a team focused on functional recovery and patient-centered care.
*Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, strokes, or post-surgical conditions.
* Provide direct patient care focused on functional recovery, safety, and improved quality of life.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans
* Document according to facility and CMS guidelines.
* Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and Aides in direct patient care and patient related activities and adhere to facility Supervision Policy and Procedure Matrix
* Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems and plans
* Educate patients and families on therapeutic goals and safe discharge planning
*Qualifications:*
· Licensed Occupational Therapist in Arizona
· Prior inpatient or outpatient rehab experience preferred
· Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
· Exhibits knowledge and understanding of therapy practice
· CPR certification
*Schedule: Flexible Hours/Days (Weekends, Holidays as needed).*
