We are seeking a *Product Manager – Customer & Platform Integration (Insurance Technology)* to lead customer- and stakeholder-facing initiatives across Core Front Door applications and WCOS/core insurance systems. This role operates at the intersection of business, engineering, and SRE, driving digital product strategy, integration, and platform reliability across policy, claims, and operational workflows. The Product Manager will translate stakeholder needs into prioritized roadmaps and ensure scalable, compliant, and resilient customer-facing solutions.
*Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:*
* Own product roadmap for customer portals and core insurance integrations (WCOS, policy/claims systems)
* Partner with underwriting, claims, operations, and executive stakeholders
* Collaborate with SRE leads to define SLAs/SLOs, improve uptime, and reduce MTTR
* Drive API-first and cloud-native integration strategies
* Manage Agile backlog, define user stories, and lead cross-functional delivery
* Ensure regulatory compliance, data governance, and operational controls
* 5+ years Product Management experience, preferably in P&C or Workers’ Compensation
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, observability, and production support models
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
