We specialize in high-end plumbing and HVAC services, and we're looking for a hard-working person to join us as a full-time Custom Homes HVAC Installer. If you're a 3rd Year, 4th Year, or Journeyperson and are looking for a career in doing good work at a reasonable pace, then this position is for you. We are offering an opportunity to work in new construction in 3,000-16,000 square feet custom homes where you will be able to work on clean sites and utilize your skills in an environment where people care about and value both how it looks and how it performs. You will have an opportunity to be recognized for your individual accomplishments and problem-solving skills.

WHAT WE OFFER:

GREAT PAY

Our Custom Homes HVAC Installer earns a competitive wage of $30.00-$40.00/hr, depending on skill level and experience.

STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

You'll typically work Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM.

OUR IDEAL CUSTOM HOMES HVAC INSTALLER:

We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications:

  • 3rd Year, 4th Year or Journeyperson certification level
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation, preferably in custom home projects
  • Strong knowledge of high-end HVAC systems, including zoning, radiant heating, and heat pump technologies
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
  • Experience with ductwork fabrication, refrigerant line installation and hydronic heating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record

And who can manage these responsibilities:

  • Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in high-end custom homes
  • Install and connect ductwork, piping, and control systems according to design plans
  • Ensure all HVAC installations meet industry standards, local codes, and energy efficiency guidelines
  • Perform system testing, and quality assurance checks
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments to optimize system performance
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly handled
