resorts on Vancouver Island's rugged west coast: Moutcha Bay Resort, Nootka
Sound Resort, and Newton Cove Resort

experience that not only immerses our guests in the natural beauty of our
surroundings but also instills a deep appreciation for fishing and the
environment.

About the Role

The Server delivers the front-of-house guest experience at the
Conuma Grill, providing warm, attentive service while supporting the seasonal
food and beverage program. The role includes breakfast setup, a la carte
service, guest engagement, and maintaining cleanliness and organization
throughout the restaurant. 

Key Responsibilities

·       
Greet, seat, and engage guests; take accurate
orders and enter into POS.

·       
Set up and take down continental breakfast and
support a la carte service.

·       
Coordinate with Guest Services using booking
manifests to plan setup and service needs.

·       
Organize fisherman's lunch pickups and ensure
accurate distribution of special requests.

·       
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the
restaurant, bar, patio, storage, and bathrooms.

·       
Serve food and beverages, communicate dietary
needs, and perform quality checks.

·       
Process payments, carry float, and complete
accurate cash-outs.

·       
Perform daily/weekly cleaning tasks and
participate in inventory counts.

Qualifications

·       
Legally entitled to work in Canada

·       
Serving it Right certification

·       
Experience working in a restaurant front of house
position

·       
WHMIS certification

Preferred

·       
2 plus years of serving experience

·       
Food Safe Level 1
