- Understand the business requirements by coordinating with internal departments and lead complex sourcing projects at both regional and national levels.
- Supporting detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis of various goods and service categories to lay out the strategic direction for sourcing activities.
- Conduct research to bring up-to-date market knowledge, industry trends, and innovation to identify new vendors and build relationships with them.
- Partner and influence key business partners to align on the development and execution of the strategic sourcing strategy and contracting processes.
- Development of RFx and other solicitation documents based on sourcing strategies, guide and support stakeholders through the technical evaluation process of proposals, conduct negotiations and award contracts, all in accordance with procurement policies and standards and ensuring an open, fair, and transparent process is adhered to throughout.
- Conduct cost analysis for RFX activities.
- Drive best total value by working with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure synergy with business needs, favorable terms and conditions, risk mitigation and required service level agreements that drive continuous improvement and cost management
- Manage contract compliance while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Implement sourcing and supplier relationship management best practices.
- 5-7 years sourcing experience
- University Degree (Minimum Bachelors) in Engineering, Science or Business is preferred
- Recognized professional Supply Chain Management Certifications such as CSCMP, CPSM or MCIPS
- Data analysis

- 30% Coordination and relationship building with stakeholders to understand and converting the business needs into various procurement/sourcing processes.
- 30% Conducting the market research and find the innovative sourcing and spend solutions in coordination with the vendors to bring the value of money to the organization.
- 30% Contract negotiation and development in the best interest of the organization.
- 10% Communication with internal and external stakeholders on status of key projects.
- Mostly office and/or remote (hybrid work)
