Day‑to‑Day Job Activities
Customer Service
Greet and assist customers at the rental counter and over the phone
Provide clear, friendly, and efficient service
Support customers with questions, rental needs, and general inquiries
Sales & Rental Support
Assist with inside sales for products, services, and equipment rentals
Prepare and process rental and sales contracts
Handle equipment returns and close rental agreements
Look up equipment information through company systems
Purchasing & Administration
Assist with purchase order entry and tracking
Keep paperwork organized and up to date to ensure accurate and timely transactions
Equipment Support
Assist with basic equipment servicing as required (training provided)
Experience Required
Customer service experience from retail, hospitality, call centers, or similar environments is an asset
Comfort working in a fast‑paced setting with shifting priorities
Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Willingness to learn about equipment, product features, and rental applications
Shift availability; professional appearance required
