Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join our Midstream Operations? Are you passionate about process improvement and Operational Excellence? Reporting to the Manager Operations Support, you will support our Midstream product movements and systems, by engaging with multiple cross functional teams on current priorities and projects, as well as ensuring process alignment with internal and external stakeholders.Minimum Requirements :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience within Operations, Transportation, Supply, or Projects
Post-secondary degree in Operations, Business Management, or Finance
Knowledge of Suncor's Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and a deep understanding transportation logistics
Project management expertise - assist with managing operational optimization, organizing logistics needs, and provide deliverable updates across a project team
Strong understanding of SAP mapping tables and data flow
Ability to work independently on data reporting with a focus on Power BI/Power Automate and data visualization
Understanding of SQL, or equivalent database management
Understanding of legislative requirements relevant to fuel/product transportation, including TDG, TLM, CFA, WHIMIS, and Dye Reporting
Key Accountabilities:
Support TMS (Toptech) and Load2Day systems and reporting activities
Guide and process new account, product, driver and carrier set up requirements through TMS, SAP, and Load2day
Maintain and report Operations Support KPI dashboard
Troubleshoot data feed issues across multiple systems and resolve any carrier and product discrepancies and advise improvements
Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues promptly and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
Participate on response management teams
Liaise between Sales, Automation, Transportation, and Fuels Quality to clarify products and changes, supporting the implementation of required system updates
Participate in Midstream project initiatives in support of safe and reliable operations
Location and other Key Details:
You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
