Day-to-Day Job Activities
Customer Service
· Greet and assist customers at the rental counter and over the phone
· Provide clear, friendly, and efficient service
· Support customers with questions, rental needs, and general inquiries
Sales & Rental Support
· Assist with inside sales for products, services, and equipment rentals
· Prepare and process rental and sales contracts
· Handle equipment returns and close rental agreements
· Look up equipment information through company systems
Purchasing & Administration
· Assist with purchase order entry and tracking
· Keep paperwork organized and up to date to ensure accurate and timely transactions
Experience Required
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Must understand construction phases, job situations, and project conditions for timing of approaching customer and rental products application suggestions.
· Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities
· Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
· Ability to multitask and stay organized
· Willingness to learn about equipment, product features, and rental applications
· Shift availability; professional appearance required
