Main Responsibilities:
Define the Global Vision — A Unified Supplier Experience
Set the direction for a connected, end-to-end supplier journey.
Champion an experience where users—internal and external—navigate supplier activities easily through chat, voice, portal, email, and API, all integrated seamlessly.
Anchor product strategy in value: transparency, speed, quality, compliance, and supplier performance.
Build and Own the Product Roadmap
Prioritize capabilities that modernize SRM:
intelligent onboarding
contract & lifecycle visibility
automated workflows
AI-powered recommendations
supplier risk & performance insights
guided resolution flows
Align roadmap globally across Procurement, Finance, Quality, Operations, and Tech.
Deliver Incremental Value Every Sprint
Manage the backlog with clarity and discipline.
Work hand-in-hand with delivery teams to break complexity into simple increments.
Ensure each sprint delivers measurable improvements to supplier cycle times, internal productivity, or user experience.
Enable Global Cross-Functional Partnership
Bring together category managers, supplier managers, contracting teams, finance partners, and digital teams across regions.
Ensure the product connects data, processes, and decisions in a consistent, global way.
Communicate simply and confidently at VP/C-level to secure alignment and adoption.
Drive Intelligence, Insights & Workflow Automation
Use AI to build:
proactive supplier alerts
automated ticket/resolution flows
insight generation for sourcing & performance
guided actions for internal teams and suppliers
Champion modern AI tooling to accelerate design, testing, and iteration.
About You
5 -7+ years experience in digital product ownership or large-scale enterprise product management.
Bachelors required, Masters preferred.
Strong understanding of procurement, supplier management, CRM, or workflow platforms.
Skilled in Lean/Agile, UX, and data-driven prioritization.
Communicates simply and clearly—able to influence senior stakeholders and global teams.
Curious and confident using AI tools and new technologies.
Positive, decisive, collaborative, and outcome-oriented.

The salary range for this position is:
$144, $208,166.66Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefits programs, and additional benefits information can be found through the (CA)LINKOR (US) LINK.
