Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Student, Facilities Coordinator will support the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team, Workplace Solutions and provide on-site support to business partners with facilities requests, moves and general services.

Work Model : This opportunity will be in-person working from our Sun Life Toronto One York Office - 1 York Street, Toronto, ON, M5J 0B6.

Work Term : May 4 - August 28, 2026

What will you do?

• Assist the Facilities Manager in building management

• Ensure completion of work requests in a satisfactory manner

• Building Condition reviews

• AutoCAD updates to floor plans

• Attend strategy and project meetings for major initiatives and construction projects

• Work and assist other groups within CRE

• Opportunity to work with other business units within Sun Life on specific projects (GIGS)
   

What do you need to succeed?

• This opportunity is available to students with a August 2026 or later graduation date

• Enrolment in a Facilities Management or Design program

• AutoCAD fluency

• Flexibility to manage in a quickly changing environment

• Microsoft Office familiarity (Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint)

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
