Job Overview

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be the key player in creating an exceptional guest experience while keeping store operations running smoothly. From opening and closing procedures to maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring compliance with company standards, you'll make sure every detail is handled with care. This role is perfect for someone who loves retail, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, positive shopping experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service; answer questions, offer product knowledge, and assist with selections.
  • Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy in all financial processes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
  • Assist with merchandising and promotional activities to keep displays fresh and engaging.
  • Monitor inventory levels, process orders, and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Support e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment and packaging.
  • Uphold company standards and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of cannabis product knowledge and stay informed about new products and trends.
  • Represent the brand professionally with a positive attitude and polished appearance.
  • Perform other operational tasks as required to support the store's success.
  • Qualifications

    • Retail experience required
    • Industry experience is an asset
    • Supervisory experience in a retail environment preferred
    • Ability to delegate and take ownership
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
    • Great time management and prioritization skills
    • Must be 19+
    • Current & valid Provincial Cannabis Certification
    • Ability to provide a current Criminal Background Check
    • Availability to work at two or more locations
    • Flexible availability, including closing shifts and weekends
    • Working Conditions

    • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during shifts
    • Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds as needed
    • Flexibility to work additional hours or overtime when required
    • Hours: Must be available between 6:15 AM – 12:30 AM, Monday to Sunday
