Position overview:

As the Graphic Designer, you will provide support to the marketing team in maintaining and developing marketing materials.
This is a permanent, full-time hybrid onsite position (2 days per week) at our Burlington Head Office located at 5041 Mainway, Burlington, Ontario. Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Eastern Time.

What you'll do:


• Update and adapt B2B and B2C marketing materials for product launches, ensuring alignment with established brand standards and visual guidelines.


• Maintain and refresh price lists, order forms, and other collateral to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms.


• Develop compelling sales support assets that effectively communicate product value and drive engagement.


• Collaborate with marketing team members to provide graphic support for digital channels, including email campaigns, social media, and web content.


• Create engaging social media graphics and short-form video content, including basic editing and motion elements.


• Collaborate closely with external printing partners to manage print production, review proofs, ensure quality standards, and oversee timely delivery.


• Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with marketing objectives and broader business goals.


• Ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing initiatives.

What we're looking for:


•Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and digital media, supported by a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative range and design excellence.


• Deep understanding of visual composition, typography, and core design principles, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.


• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) with a strong command of digital and print production workflows.


• Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for staying current with emerging design trends, tools, and industry best practices.


• Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.


• Proficiency in motion graphics, video editing, or animation would be considered a valuable asset, though it is not a mandatory requirement.

What we offer:


• Starting annual salary of $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience plus an attractive annual bonus program
