About the teamWe're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support the planning, logistics, and execution of corporate events, conferences, customer programs, and internal experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpacked environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and brings exceptional communication and coordination skills.
As an integral member of the events team, you'll help deliver seamless, memorable experiences that elevate our brand and strengthen engagement with customers, partners, employees, and executive stakeholders.
Salary Range
Annual cash compensation ranges from $47,250 to $69,300, plus a discretionary 5% company bonus. The final offer within this range will reflect the successful candidate's skills and experience.

What you will doEvent Logistics & Coordination
- Support planning and execution of in-person and virtual events.
- Assist with schedules, run-of-show documents, staff briefings, and floor plans.
- Coordinate vendors, onsite logistics, and post-event wrap-up.
Registration & Attendee Management
- Support event registration tools, attendee communications, and tracking.
- Manage guest lists, dietary needs, and onsite check-in.
Marketing & Communications Support
- Collaborate on branding, signage, and promotional assets.
- Assist with agendas, speaker bios, briefs, and post-event reports.
- Coordinate partner/sponsor deliverables.
Branded Asset (Swag) Management
- Manage swag planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution.
- Oversee vendor relationships for branded merchandise.
- Handle shipping/receiving of event materials (domestic & international).
- Assemble VIP kits, speaker gifts, and staff/attendee packages.
- Ensure all items align with brand standards.
Onsite Support
- Assist with load-in/out, registration, and attendee needs.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff, speakers, and suppliers.
- Troubleshoot issues professionally and calmly.
Budget & Administration
- Track budgets, invoices, and expense reconciliation.
- Maintain documentation, timelines, and project plans.
- Support data collection and post-event reporting.
- 1–3 years in events, marketing events, or hospitality.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- Comfortable with event platforms and technology.
- Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends during events.
- Experience with corporate events or conferences.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Wrike).
- B2B technology or supply chain experience is an asset.
