ob Title: Functional Senior Consultant – SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)OverviewThe Senior SAP PM Consultant is responsible for driving the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance solutions. This role requires strong functional expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project management to ensure efficient maintenance operations and seamless system integration across the enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end‑to‑end SAP PM implementations, rollouts, and enhancements across multiple projects.Analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and design effective SAP PM solutions to meet operational and maintenance needs.Configure key PM components such as preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, work orders, notifications, equipment management, task lists, and maintenance planning.Ensure integration between PM and other SAP modules including MM, PP, QM, and FI/CO.Work closely with functional and technical teams to build interfaces, customizations, and reports.Develop and execute testing plans (unit, integration, UAT) and manage defect resolution.Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional design specs, configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials.Deliver end‑user training, knowledge transfer, and post go‑live support.Support data migration activities and validation of PM master data (equipment, functional locations, task lists).Act as a key advisor to business stakeholders, recommending SAP PM best practices and continuous process improvements.Participate in solution design workshops and contribute to the overall SAP system architecture.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical/business field.At least 7+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP PM configuration and support.Strong understanding of maintenance processes in manufacturing, utilities, or asset‑intensive industries.Proven experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments (S/4HANA preferred).Solid knowledge of integration points with MM, PP, QM, and FI/CO modules.Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.Experience working in global, cross‑functional project teams.Nice to HaveSAP PM Certification.Experience with S/4HANA Asset Management and Fiori apps.Knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) integration.Familiarity with Mobility solutions, IoT integrations, or predictive maintenance tools.Project management or team leadership experience.Education & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Management (required).SAP Certified Application Associate – Plant Maintenance (preferred).
