We are looking for an Offshore District Representative (Rotational) located in Newfoundland, Canada. The Offshore District Representative (O-DR) will be primarily responsible for working with Sales Representatives on executing service plans in strategic district accounts. The O-DR will be required to assist District Sales Representatives with start-ups of both new applications in current customers, and in transitioning competitively-held accounts to ChampionX. In addition, the O-DR must build long-term relationships with a large customer base by understanding their key business drivers, executing system assurance programs, and selling new technologies.

What You Will Do:
Work closely with current and new customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory
Assist in performing customer service and account management activities under the guidance and supervision of experienced sales professionals
Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer complaints, escalating as required
Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
Actively sell and support ChampionX innovations and technology in assigned customers to promote long-term business relationships with ChampionX
Assist in developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and new customers, including plant or facility executives
Achieve annual sales target by working collaboratively on targeting new business opportunities through application of professional selling and planning techniques
Assist with collection of samples and conduct laboratory analysis
Position Details:
Work week and shift: 21-day/21 day Offshore rotation.
This role requires the individual to be clean-shaven to comply with the customer site policy and safety requirement.
This is a safety-sensitive position, and the successful candidate will be required to complete drug and alcohol testing.

Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to travel within the assigned sales territory
Up to 50% overnight travel required to support sales territory
Must have a valid Driver's License and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Must be able to run laboratory tests, including Basic Sediment & Water via Karl Fischer and Centrifuge, Oil-In-Water, Chlorides in Water, Bacteria counts, etc
Physical Demands:
May be required to Lift/Push/Pull/Carry up to 55 pounds chest high.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of successful technical sales or field sales support experience
2 years of experience directly related to well service stimulation business
Experience in the oil and gas industry.
High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems)
History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation
Prior experience that required excellent communication and organizational skills
Prior experience that demonstrates strong ethics, effective time management, ability to multitask, adaptability, autonomy and self-motivation
Working Knowledge Extraction, Upgraders, Refineries and/or Process Related systems
