What you'll do
  • Oversee and support daily ACATS-related operations, including supervisory review of client outreach and internal inquiry handling
  • Resolve complex account transfer and asset movement issues, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Identify, escalate, and document high-risk or compliance-related issues related to middle-office activities

  • Review existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that strengthen controls and reduce errors
What you bring
  • Active Series 7 license required; Series 24 preferred
  • Prior experience in clearing operations, asset movement, or brokerage operations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive financial data accurately
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex operational problems and make sound risk-based decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, evolving environment while collaborating with internal partners
What we offer
