À propos

Since 2015, Mejuri has reimagined what fine jewelry can be in a modern world—shifting it from a traditional gift to to a personal choice rooted in self-expression.

Founded by third-generation jeweller Noura Sakkijha, the brand was built on a simple idea: fine jewelry shouldn't require a special occasion, and it should never come with guilt. It's about celebrating yourself—your style, your life, your everyday.

Mejuri meets customers where they are—online, in app, and through a growing global retail footprint of 58+ stores worldwide. Mejuri is also deeply committed to doing things the right way, with responsible sourcing, sustainable practices, and philanthropic initiatives that reflect our values and long-term vision.

Job Overview
The Partner Channel Manager (Concession & Franchise) owns the commercial performance, growth, and execution of Mejuri's partner-operated retail channels globally. This role serves as the single-threaded leader for key concession and franchise partnerships, accountable for revenue, margin, and door productivity while ensuring premium brand execution in partner environments. Working cross-functionally across Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, this role identifies and activates growth opportunities, builds compelling business cases, and drives end-to-end execution to scale Mejuri's partner channel.

What you'll do:
Commercial & Revenue Leadership
  • Own P&L performance across all concession and franchise partners, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and door productivity.
  • Develop and execute annual and long-range partner channel strategies aligned to Mejuri's global growth and brand objectives.
  • Lead forecasting, trading, and performance reviews (weekly/monthly), identifying risks and opportunities and course-correcting in real time.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize revenue-generating initiatives across partners (e.g., marketing moments, trunk shows, cross-selling strategies, assortment shifts).
  • Build and present clear business cases, including cost/benefit analysis, market insights, and ROI projections, to secure internal and partner buy-in.
  • Partner closely with Finance to ensure strong forecasting accuracy, budgeting discipline, and financial governance.
Partnership Management
  • Act as Mejuri's senior day-to-day relationship owner for key global partners.
  • Lead joint business planning, performance reviews, and commercial governance with partners.
  • Ensure partners are aligned to Mejuri's brand, operational, and customer experience standards.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and evaluate new partner opportunities in line with Mejuri's growth strategy.
  • Navigate complex, nuanced partner dynamics with high EQ and strong influence.
Marketing & Brand Activation
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute channel-specific strategies that drive traffic, conversion, and brand heat within partner environments.
  • Align Mejuri's brand and product strategy with partner marketing calendars and key retail moments.
  • Evaluate co-op marketing opportunities, ensuring strong ROI and brand integrity.
  • Balance localized execution with global brand consistency.
Merchandising & Assortment Strategy
  • Partner with Merchandising to tailor assortments by partner, region, and format to optimize sell-through and margin.
  • Ensure strong execution of product launches, seasonal flows, and replenishment strategies.
  • Provide market and partner insights to inform product strategy, pricing, and lifecycle decisions.
  • Adapt assortments to reflect partner positioning (e.g., luxury-led or diamond-focused environments) without brand dilution.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
  • Translate partner strategy into clear, executable plans across Retail Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Expansion, and Fulfillment.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives including new door openings, store-in-store launches, and operational improvements.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, driving solutions with urgency and clarity.
  • Build scalable processes and playbooks to support partner growth across markets.
Operational Excellence
  • Partner with Retail Operations and Fulfillment to ensure operational readiness and execution across all partner locations.
  • Oversee standards for staffing, training, inventory flow, and in-store execution within concessions.
  • Ensure launch readiness, peak trading preparedness, and consistent brand execution through audits and corrective action plans.
What you'll bring to the team
  • Proven experience acting as a single-threaded owner for partner or account performance, with direct accountability for revenue, margin, and growth outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in wholesale, concessions, franchise, or shop-in-shop retail, ideally within fashion, jewelry, luxury, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to identify revenue opportunities, build business cases (cost/benefit, ROI), and drive decisions through data and insight.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage senior partner relationships, navigating complex, nuanced dynamics across multiple external businesses.
  • Experience driving results through cross-functional leadership, partnering closely with Retail Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute initiatives end-to-end.
  • High EQ and influence, with the ability to gain alignment, manage competing priorities, and represent the brand with credibility internally and externally.
  • Strategic thinker who is also execution-oriented, comfortable operating in ambiguity and translating strategy into clear, actionable plans.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to present recommendations, performance insights, and trade-offs with clarity and confidence.
