Key Responsibilities
- Improve the learner experience through LMS to engage learners and understand reporting trends
- Create and manage eLearning content using various tools like Articulate 360 and Lectora
- Manage the day-to-day administration of our L&D systems and tools, including LMS
- Optimize the learning environment in alignment to our hybrid workplace strategy by design/delivery of effective hybrid learning and manage key learning solutions aligned with the needs of modern learner for multi-channel delivery. i.e., in-class, virtual or e-learning solutions etc.
- Support deployment of learning programs and resources that align with Foresters talent management and learning strategy and drive business performance outcomes
- Partner with content owners to develop business aligned learning solutions and recommend improvement to achieve business objectives
- Support new-hire onboarding program for new hybrid workplace
- Work on special projects as needed
Key Qualifications
- Education (minimum required): Post secondary diploma or degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CTDP or CTP certification is an asset
- Experience (minimum required): 2-4 years experience in a learning capacity
- Experience creating eLearning content using Articulate 360 and Lectora
- Experience producing instructor-led training using virtual platforms
- Experience supporting organizational learning programs
- Demonstrated experience with LMS platforms – Cornerstone
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms –Workday
- Knowledge of current learning, development and evaluation methodologies
- Organizational and project management skills, including eye for detail and ability to work on multiple projects within a fast-paced environment'
- Proven ability to build relationships across various functions and levels of an organization and effectively manage stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms
- Experienced in facilitating learning, both in person and remote teams
- A results-oriented team player, with a demonstrated ability to apply good judgment and make recommendations
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures
- Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Produce VILT with MS teams and Teams Live Events
Salary Range:
$75, $90,000.00
The actual base salary for this position will depend on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in a discretionary variable incentive plan, results are subject to both individual and company performance.
