• Lead process engineering deliverables across all project phases to deliver safe, efficient, and future‑ready systems.
• Develop process models, calculations, PFDs, P&IDs and specifications that drive major project decisions.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership to junior and intermediate engineers.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, automation, and project management teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, emissions reduction, decarbonization, and operational optimization.
• Engage directly with clients through design reviews, technical discussions, and solution development.
• Contribute to proposals, scopes of work, estimates, and schedules for process‑engineering packages.
• Promote a strong safety‑first culture across all engineering activities and site engagements.

• Deep experience in process engineering design gained through hands‑on project delivery.
• Technical leadership experience shepherding complex design packages from concept through execution.
• Proficiency with process modelling tools such as ASPEN, HYSYS, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex engineering challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
• Comfort and capability in participating in site reviews, commissioning, and field‑based problem solving.
