The Opportunity
Innovate and Lead – This is your chance to shape complex process engineering solutions that support meaningful industrial, manufacturing, and energy‑transition projects across Ontario. Based in our Cambridge office, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary experts and help clients solve high‑impact technical challenges.
Your Impact
- Lead process engineering deliverables across all project phases to deliver safe, efficient, and future‑ready systems.
- Develop process models, calculations, PFDs, P&IDs and specifications that drive major project decisions.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership to junior and intermediate engineers.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, automation, and project management teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, emissions reduction, decarbonization, and operational optimization.
- Engage directly with clients through design reviews, technical discussions, and solution development.
- Contribute to proposals, scopes of work, estimates, and schedules for process‑engineering packages.
- Promote a strong safety‑first culture across all engineering activities and site engagements.

- Deep experience in process engineering design gained through hands‑on project delivery.
- Technical leadership experience shepherding complex design packages from concept through execution.
- Proficiency with process modelling tools such as ASPEN, HYSYS, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to simplify complex engineering challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
- Comfort and capability in participating in site reviews, commissioning, and field‑based problem solving.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $135,200 – $179,100
MB & ON: $123,300 – $169,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $122,100 – $162,200 Disclosure:
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
