Role Overview 


To oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient clinic workflow, optimal patient experience, effective team coordination, and alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. 


Role Objectives   


The Clinic Operation Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  


  • Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and front desk support.
  • Manage the clinic's business functions to ensure operational efficiency and optimal patient experience.
  • Lead, motivate, and support clinical and administrative teams to deliver high-quality service.
  • Ensure the facility meets and exceeds standard cleanliness levels.
  • Adhere to company performance management protocols to effectively evaluate Team Leads and clinic employees.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of all products and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize monthly promotions and organize in-clinic events.
  • Work closely with Team Leads to coordinate best practices and optimize employee training and development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with third-party vendors and organize monthly training opportunities for employees.
  • Hold regular team meetings to provide clinic updates and review improvement areas for each department.
  • Partner with the Human Resources Director on hiring, onboarding, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure optimal clinic flow and efficiency.
  • Ensure clients receive exceptional experiences throughout their visits.
  • Resolve patient concerns and handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Monitor inventory and supplies to optimize sales and minimize theft risk; manage ordering of office supplies.
  • Oversee cash handling, including deposits and bank transfers, ensuring security and professionalism.
  • Coordinate scheduling needs for physicians and nurse injectors.
  • Monitor and analyze profit and loss (P&L) statements to assess revenue, costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support clinic expansion and growth initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall clinic success. 

    • Role Qualifications 

    • Postsecondary education in business administration or related program preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or clinic operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency with clinic management software and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic operational standards.
