  • Lead the planning and execution of ambitious, imaginative, and measurable activities to drive adoption and engagement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver and support initiatives that drive innovation culture, such as GRM's signature Innovation Expo, Innovation Community of Practice and hackathons.
  • Create updates for executives that clearly articulate opportunities, timelines, decisions required, and calls to action.
  • Ideate and prototype new processes, tools, and capabilities using dynamic data visualization and analytics tools.
  • Promote the innovation service catalogue throughout GRM to make innovation services accessible and pervasive.
  • Research leading innovation trends and practices applicable to GRM.

  • Comfort leading without authority and excitement working in dynamic business environments where you take end-to-end ownership of initiative launches.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex ideas with clarity and persuasion, with adaptability in tailoring messaging to diverse audiences with varying perspectives.

Nice-to-have

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, often balancing between multiple urgent and important tasks, while proactively anticipating leadership's needs, delivering timely key updates, and sharing valuable insights.
  • Interest in learning and sharing knowledge on technology trends like generative AI, machine learning, and data analytics..
