Role overview :

The Maintenance CMMS Analyst is responsible for administrating and optimizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure accurate data, efficient workflows, and compliance with maintenance standards. This role supports maintenance planning, scheduling, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging CMMS capabilities to enhance asset reliability and operational performance. The successful candidate will be a key driver in maintaining system integrity, ensuring efficient work order management, and fostering continuous improvement of our maintenance processes. This role requires on-site processing and collaboration with teams across all levels of the organization.

Salary range: 50-55k

Your roles and responsibilities will include:
• CMMS System Administration:o Maintain and configure CMMS software to support maintenance operations.o Oversee/ modify/ setup, validation, and maintenance of asset records, PM schedules, work orders, inventory, and asset hierarchies; perform data audits and cleanups.o Ensure all Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules are updated promptly, adhering to all codes and policies.


• Data Management & Reporting:o Validate and cleanse CMMS data for accuracy and completeness.o Generate and analyze reports on KPIs such as PM and Schedule Compliance, and work order backlog.


• Process Optimization:o Develop and implement CMMS best practices for work order management, inventory control, and asset tracking.o Collaborate with maintenance planners and reliability engineers to improve workflows. o Practice project management to ensure work assignments are completed in a timely manner to meet business timelines.


• Training & Support:o Provide CMMS training and support to maintenance staff and other stakeholders.o Act as the primary point of contact for CMMS-related issues and troubleshooting. o Establish and maintain strong working relationships with skilled trades and other team members.o Support with maintenance improvement projects, gathering equipment manuals, creating procedures and inventory control initiatives.


• Continuous Improvement:o Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality.o Support reliability initiatives such as failure analysis and predictive maintenance integration.

Requirements:
• Education:o Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.


• Experience:o 1 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or CMMS administration.o Familiarity with CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM, or similar) is an asset.


• Skills:o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.o Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and reporting.o Excellent communication and training abilities.
