We're looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team in Montreal. You will be responsible for short-term forecasting, analysis, and execution of various treasury-related activities, with a primary focus on optimizing and managing the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS) and overseeing banking relationships and payment management.
What you'll be doing:
- Execute bank account opening/closing and bank account signer updates. Act as the main contact for banking relationships for operational matters.
- Conduct payment review and manage daily liquidity, ensuring proper controls and timely execution. Lead the design and implementation of payment automation.
- Oversee cash forecasting/account balances and conduct a review of monthly positions.
- Process Vendor application forms and manage banking and processor access management.
- Manage Kyriba system configuration and drive Kyriba system optimization projects to enhance efficiency and reporting.
- Forecasting Inputs: Manage Kyriba cash forecasting inputs to maintain model accuracy.
- Prepare and review the preparation of monthly hedging analysis to support risk mitigation efforts.
- Facilitate the preparation of the monthly interest file for accounting and reporting purposes.
What you need to bring:
- 2 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury.
- Extensive experience in reviewing and executing high-volume domestic and international payments.
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
And a little bit of…
- Hands-on experience of a major Treasury Management System (TMS), with a strong preference for Kyriba.
- 2 years of retail banking experience.
- Prior experience working with Netsuite.
