We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our Analytics & Insights team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across the organization by translating business problems into analytical solutions, designing insightful dashboards, and uncovering trends that guide strategic actions.

This role requires deep analytical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you will do:
  • Data Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify actionable insights, trends, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Redash.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support product, marketing, and operations initiatives.
  • Data Strategy & Modeling
  • Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability.
  • Develop and maintain KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems.
  • Assist in building scalable data models and automation pipelines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Translate business questions into data requirements and analytical deliverables.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Mentorship & Best Practices
  • Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Define and standardize analytical best practices across the organization.
Who you are:
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • You bring 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a closely related role.
  • You are highly proficient in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
  • You have hands-on experience with modern BI and analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode.
  • You have a strong foundation in statistical analysis, data modeling, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • You are comfortable working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Eppo).
  • You communicate insights clearly and effectively, using data storytelling to influence decision-making across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You think analytically and approach problems with curiosity, rigor, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • You bring solid business and product acumen, using data to drive impact and growth.
  • You collaborate well with cross-functional partners, including product and growth teams.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by continuous learning and improvement.

Nice to have:
  • Experience in telecommunications, SaaS, or consumer-facing product environments.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts, predictive analytics, and experimentation platforms.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing fundamentals.
  • Prior experience supporting product experimentation, growth analytics, or optimization initiatives.
$100,000 - $140,000 a year Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
