As a Lease Administrator within the Lease Adjustments department, you can expect to work collaboratively with a team of about 6 colleagues on completing retail transactions system adjustments, system audits and reporting. You will be ensuring that all lease and loan contract adjustments are accurately completed, consistent with credit, system, and authority matrix requirements. Responsible for exercising adherence to: credit and matrix authorizations, system rules, and corporate policies to ensure the accurate completion of adjustments while meeting customer expected turnaround-timing commitments.

Day to day
Responsible for the accurate and timely updates of all necessary information in DLL's back end system. Relating to financial adjustments (Including but not limited to):
Add-on's
Restructures
Assignments and Assumptions
Address changes and any necessary tax changes
Credit and Re-bills
Responsible for the accurate and timely updates of all necessary information in DLL's back end system. Relating to non-financial adjustments (Including but not limited to):
Email invoicing setup
Asset address location changes
Tax adjustments
Insurance setups
Contract Terminations
Full contract closures
Partial contract closures
Reapplication of lifted funds during processing
Monthly contract mirrors and write off terminations
Responsible for conducting daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc system audits, including the completion of findings.
Pre-authorized payment setups
Back-up to others as deemed necessary and assigned by manager.
Responsible for file preparation for imaging.
General:
Responsible for amending the necessary information ensuring all financial information/amendments are processed within the agreed upon timelines.
Develop and maintain a positive consultative relationship with internal customers as it relates to key system requirements and processes.
Accountable for achieving daily, weekly and monthly KPI's and SLA's.
Ongoing procedure review and update, including updating procedures, training manuals, and reports.
Support the implementation of IT projects, which includes but not limited to the creation of: test cases, execution of test cases, creation/amendment of procedures/training material, and training of users.
Responsible for ensuring that proper records are kept and that policies and procedures are followed, as well as, ensuring all internal controls are adhered too.
Responsible for managing the Lease Administration portion of all system testing and training as it relates to Projects/Desktop/Off-Site testing.
Responsible for file preparation for imaging.
As part of the Lease Adjustments team the Lease Administrator will also be called upon from time to complete other administration responsibilities to ensure effective workload for the entire team.
Special projects and other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Back-up to others as deemed necessary and assigned by manager.

Essentials
Strong attention to detail and excellent keying data entry skills
Having worked in a Finance or Operations function with leasing or financing industry experience considered an asset
Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing attention to detail while meeting set deadlines.
Must be self-directed, decisive and goal oriented.
Comfortable working in an empowered work environment with established goals/expected results and limited step-by-step direction.
Ability to embrace and champion change
Capable of driving growth capacity by continuously looking for better ways to improve processes
Excellent problem-solving skills along with logical thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with effective interpersonal skills
Able to work independently
Excellent planning & organizational skills

Proficient in MS – Word & Excel and Outlook
Ability to work from Burlington office 2x per week
Post-Secondary education a requirement or relevant work experience preferred

Applicable Pay Range
$52, $78,484.80
Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are subject to eligibility.
