Weed Man Lawn Care has immediate openings for individuals who can perform various administrative duties while answering phones and interacting with customers. Ready to grow with us? Guaranteed hourly wage of $19/hour plus bonus opportunities. No experience is required - Training will be provided. Full-time hours from Monday to Friday, shift times may vary slightly but will be approximately 8:00am to 4:30pm. This is a seasonal position that starts at the end of April and goes till the end of August which makes it a great summer job for Students
The Role of an Administrative Assistant:

• Work in an office setting, providing excellent customer service to existing and potential customers
• Take phone calls, answer questions, resolve concerns, verify customer information, and make sales
• Perform various administrative duties
• Coordinate efficiently and cooperatively with other departments

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service as well as oral and written communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving and time-management skills

• Previous admin experience an asset but not required
