As a Product Owner, you will be a senior leader for this digital product, co-defining product strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with delivery team, and measuring/optimizing business impact.

In this context, Sanofi is recruiting a Digital Product Owner for the Source-to-Pay (Procurement) AI product line as part of the Racetrack program.

Main Responsibilities:
Own product "What" and "Why" – managing multiple (2+) product modules in parallel with each their respective roadmaps
Define, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis
Lead cross-functional collaboration – Drive engagement across a 10+ person (internal / external) product team, setting the priorities, and building a high-performing culture
Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint, launching new product and AI capabilities quarterly with measurable business outcomes
Work with Agile Coach and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues
Inspire team with unique vision - Launch new AI capabilities annually with measurable business outcomes
Be accountable to value-based business case, as defined in partnership with Product Line Owner and Business Sponsors, in $Ms / year
Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departments, in 20+ stakeholder level environments
About You
You'll have significant experience in Product management building complex digital solutions, ideally within a healthcare/biotech company. As well as experience of:
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years product management experience; MBA/Masters preferred with expertise in Lean/Agile, UX/UI and application integration.
Strategic product vision with proven ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions while leveraging AI tools.
Exceptional communication skills including executive-level presentations and fluency in English.
Demonstrated success navigating complex environments and removing roadblocks with a results-driven mindset.
Strong cross-functional leadership with ability to influence without authority and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
Data-driven decision-making capabilities with business acumen to align product development with organizational objectives

The salary range for this position is:
$144, $208,166.66Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefits programs, and additional benefits information can be found through the (CA)LINKOR (US) LINK.
