Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Process orders in a timely manner to meet fulfillment targets.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within the fulfillment area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse technology.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Support the overall logistics and distribution process.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet team objectives.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability for lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Prior experience in fulfillment or logistics is advantageous.
