We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our bustling facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is foundational to our logistics operations, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and accurately. As a Warehouse Worker, your duties will include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. The position requires physical capability, including the ability to perform frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Safety is paramount in our operations, and you will be required to follow all safety protocols, utilize proper lifting techniques, and consistently wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and are team players. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided to equip you for success. Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.

- Operate manual and powered equipment as trained.
- Comply with all safety regulations and use PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts.
