We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This role is foundational to our warehouse operations, involving a variety of tasks to keep our facility running smoothly. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities, ensuring that our logistics chain operates effectively. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Store goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items accurately for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and company policies.
- Wear and use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and support stock management.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous. Must be able to perform frequent Lifting, up to 50 lbs. Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles is a plus. A strong commitment to workplace Safety is mandatory. Must be reliable and punctual. Good physical stamina and the ability to work in a team environment are necessary.
