Our dynamic logistics operation in Seattle, Washington, is looking for skilled Picker/Packers to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Responsibilities include picking products from inventory using scanning technology, carefully packing items for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. A keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of Safety are essential. You will work within a fast-paced warehouse environment and contribute to the smooth flow of goods through our supply chain. We value individuals who are dependable, energetic, and work well collaboratively. This role requires physical capability, including consistent Lifting and moving of products. Comprehensive training on all operational processes, warehouse Safety, and the mandatory use of PPE will be provided. Join our dedicated team and help us deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and gather ordered items from warehouse stock using RF scanners.
- Verify product information and quantities against order details for accuracy.
- Package items securely and appropriately for transit, protecting against damage.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, free from hazards.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Perform tasks that involve consistent Lifting and moving of items, typically up to 50 lbs.
- Support the overall effectiveness of our logistics and distribution operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting, standing, walking, and bending.
- Solid understanding of warehouse Safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanning technology is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to be a cooperative team member.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards in all activities.
