We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our growing operations in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this dynamic role, you will be involved in various aspects of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your dedication to accuracy and efficiency will ensure that our logistics operations run smoothly and that customer orders are fulfilled promptly. We are looking for individuals who are committed to maintaining a high standard of Safety and who can work effectively as part of a team. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting and moving of materials. We offer a supportive work environment and comprehensive training, covering all operational procedures and crucial Safety practices, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles and containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Perform tasks that involve regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain functions of the facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting, standing, and walking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment.
- Commitment to wearing all required PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
