We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Coordinator to manage our operations in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, accurate inventory management, and adherence to safety standards. This role is central to our logistics success, requiring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team. You will be responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes to ensure accuracy.
  • Implement and enforce strict safety procedures and protocols throughout the warehouse.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the proper use and storage of all necessary PPE.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance overall logistics performance.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and coordination.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other logistics software.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain best practices.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 lbs, as needed.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adherence to all safety regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of comprehensive logistics management.
