Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Identify and report damaged or expired stock.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and policies.
- Monitor stock levels and report any potential shortages or overages.
- Ensure proper organization and placement of inventory within the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Support the Logistics department in achieving operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
- Familiarity with WMS software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to safety and security protocols.
