Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas! In this role, you will be a key player in our logistics operations, responsible for various tasks that ensure the efficient flow of goods. Your duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing items for shipment. We are looking for individuals who are committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Sort and stock products in designated areas of the distribution center.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and necessary documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and logistics targets.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
  • Must be committed to upholding safety standards and using PPE.
